First Aid Safety – Year 6

Year 6 pupils have really enjoyed a visit from I.M.Ps trainers yesterday.

The purpose of the IMPS Programme (Injury Minimization Programme for Schools) is to raise the children’s awareness of First Aid safety injuries alongside resuscitation and the recovery position.

The morning was very beneficial and the childrens involvement will certainly help towards reducing accidental injuries in children and improve the care of injured/collapsed people in the community.

Here are some pictures of the children doing an excellent job.
