Alternative treatment for headlice

Headlice are extremely common in close-knit environments such as schools so here is an alternative method to treat them at home using Coconut Oil and Apple Cider vinegar.

Coconut Oil dissolves the lice’s outer skeletal shell instantly. Apply that thoroughly through the hair and then rinse with the Apple Cider vinegar. Add a second rinse with vinegar and comb through with a nit comb. Repeat as necessary.

As this treatment is chemical free you are able to use it to treat members of the household who don’t necessarily have any symptoms too.
